Starting and protection features

Thermal-duty checks
Online operation means enclosure ventilation and start frequency matter.
Manual guidance: recommended starts per hour are no more than 10, and heavier loads should use fewer starts. Above 40°C and above 1000 m altitude, the source specifies current derating.
